Studio Spaces and Other Rentals @LSC

Studio#20 (670 sq. ft.) $595 available now
Studio #21, (670 sq. ft.) $595 available now

Lincoln Street Center also has several spaces for rent
on hourly and daily basis for meetings and special events
or educational activities. Call for more information, viewing

Alumni Heritage Center $16.50 per hour, meeting space with large table, history of Rockland High School memorabilia

Gallery available for rental for special meetings and
luncheons, $75 per event or $25 hourly.

Gymnasium available for large functions of up to 300, $250 per event handicapped accessible. Available for fitness classes, $15 per hour (rates increase by 10% July 1)

Lincoln Street Community Theater rental $250 per show, rehearsal time $15 per hour (rates increase by 10% July 1)

Dance Studio $16.50 per hour, locked closets for storage for ongoing classes

Clay Studio memberships are available for $330/year; equipped with 4 Electric Wheels, 1 kick wheel, Slab Roller, Tools, Kilns, Glazes and Bisques. Also open Thursday evenings for Open Studio.

Art Studio $11 per hour, for instructors or groups, drawing benches, chalkboard, locked closet, sculpture stands (rates increase by 10% July 1)

Yoga Studio $12 per hour, for instructors or groups (rates increase by 10% July 1)

Messy Art Room used for education and art classes.
