MINDFUL YOGA SUMMER YOGA FREE CLASSES SUMMER SESSION – WEEKLY CLASSES Schedule Cost. All classes are by donation. Suggested donations: Drop-in for $12-15 per class. 1 class per week for 6 weeks for $80. 2 classes per week for 6 weeks for $145. Donations in any amount are graciously accepted. Descriptions Vinyasa Flow. A dynamic and spirit-lifting class in the Kripalu-style. Continuous breath and body flows (vinyasa) will be balanced with sustained postures (asanas), with a focus on building strength and fluidity. Students will be guided in breathwork (pranayama) and meditation-in-motion to access inner energy and increase concentration. Relaxation (savasana) and meditation will support integration at the end of class. This is an intermediate class; previous yoga experience is helpful. Gentle Yoga. A calming and supportive class in the Kripalu-style. This class includes detailed instruction on yoga postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama), as well as an introduction to meditation and yoga philosophy. Learn to tap into your natural ease and allow yoga to support your daily life. This is a gentle class; perfect for beginners, individuals healing injuries and advanced students who want to slow down. PRIVATE LESSONS. Explore yoga for the first time or deepen your practice during one-on-one sessions. Sliding scale: $50-80/hour. By appointment.
