poses. Open to all levels.

2008 Summer DANCEcamp with Emily Jenks, Rockland School of Ballet
FUN Summer Dance Programs For Children Ages 3 and Up!
A five-day exploration into the World of Dance

Now in it’s 7th season, Summer DANCEcamp brings the love of dance to children all over the mid-coast area. The week-long programs introduce dance in a safe and nurturing environment and also expand the horizons of children who are already enrolled in a dance program during the school year. All DANCEcamps begin with a creative movement or ballet based dance class.  DANCEcampers have fun with exercises in pantomime, dramatic interpretation, and exploring their own creativity through creative dance expression and games.  In all levels DANCEcampers learn about and watch a famous classical ballet, and through arts & crafts also learn valuable lessons about anatomy, health and nutrition, dance history, and dance vocabulary. All DANCEcampers go home with their very own DANCEcamp Memories Scrapbook that they create themselves.  Emily Jenks, (Miss Emily, also known as ‘Z Frog Princess’), has been teaching dance in mid-coast Maine for 18 years.
To register, please contact Emily Jenks at 542-3556 or 354-0834 or See our website
