The Yoga Core Combo
The Yoga Core Combo is a flowing mixture of mind-body movements which combines the restoring and invigorating aspects of yoga postures, breath and concentration with challenging core strengthening principles based on the Pilates method. Together, these flowing and artful forms of movement help the individual to increase strength, flexibility, balance, awareness and ease for mind, body and spirit. Class includes meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises), asana (physical postures) and core exercises, and ends with a gentle and rejuvenating relaxation session.
Open to all levels.
Monday-Thursday 7:15-8:30pm
4 week session
Suggested donations: $10-15 for drop-ins
$80 for 2 classes per week
$150 for 4 classes per week
